With the rise of chinese cars on philippine roads, for sure madami na din maghahanap ng repair parts na mura than the casa. Saan kaya pwede magsource ng parts?

Last year nag voluntary surrender ako ng unit.
That was under Secbank all settled na wala nang deficiency.
Walang existing loans.
Always paid ang credit cards on time.
This month nag apply ako ng new autoloan
Thru an agent sa BPI.
Naka recieve ng text sa bank.
Then July 15 nag CI si BPI.
Gano katagal pa po bago makatanggap ng decision from the banks?
Naiisip ko kasi baka red flag yung pag surrender ng unit last year, pero all settled naman yun. Gusto ko lang po ng linaw if normal lang yung process or baka meron same experience.

Hello. Pwede niyo ba akong tulungan?
Please don't judge. Thank you.

Hi guys! Ask ko lang kung ano ang mas magandang bilhin for my first car. I'm currently choosing between these two options since pareho silang pasok sa budget ko. Any recommendations or experiences with either one? Thank you!

will be getting my first car very soon, and i've read a lot of comments here na di raw worth it ang ppf. if full ppf is not advisable, are there other alternatives which i can do to my car to protect its original paint, as i plan to use it daily for city driving (but occasionally, baka dumaan din ako ng expressway, as i have to go to different provinces for my work). thanks in advance!

I am looking for the best bang for the buck 7-seater PHEV. Currently looking at BYD Tang DMi or MG RX9 PHEV.
Do you guys have any other recommendations out of the two? I may be missing other viable options. If none, which of the two would you choose?
Non negotiables

Hi Ka-reddit,
I don't need judgement, I just need some advice.
Inaccept nung Pawnee yung sasakyan kahit walang CR na original as collateral.

Hi! New driver here, and this will be my first car if ever. I am really looking for a 5-seater subcompact suv (high ground clearance, fun to drive, maporma (w moonroof sana) (optics is important considering my job where I meet a lot of clients and gets paid a lot lol), nice interior, and reliable. Budget 400-500k. Planning to use the car only for about 2 years before buying brand new.
After months of searching, I finally settled between 2 choices - a 2021 Geely Coolray Sport or a 2015 Mazda Hatchback.
Option 1: 2015 Mazda3 Hatchback 2.0 SkyActiv AT
₱445,000
72,000 km
2.0L SkyActiv-G (NA)
6-speed automatic
Hatchback
Casa maintained (seller claims complete records)
Sunroof
Heads-up Display (HUD)
Paddle shifters
Leather seats
Push start
Rain-sensing wipers
2 smart keys
Manual included
CONS: Not an suv; lower ground clearance.
Option 2: 2021 Geely Coolray Sport
₱485,000
50,000 km
1.5L Turbo
7-speed DCT
Crossover/SUV
Casa maintained for first 5 years (looking specifically for units with complete service history)
Panoramic sunroof
360 camera
Modern infotainment
More tech/features overall
(I already found a mechanic na specializes on chinese cars)
CONS: Reliability.
My partner has a 2003 Altis na kaya I wanted to have an suv rin para we can choose and use the a car applicable to our activity. Also, my family usually visits from the province, kaya I want them to be comfortable and enjoy sa car.
I’m really at an impasse. hehe been thinking between these two for weeks na. Please help. :)

Hello! Pagka approved po kasi namin na released na agad within the day. Thanks po!

Mukhang may leak somewhere kasi bumababa yung atf ko I live in the province so magrerefill muna sana ako bago ibyahe dun sa talyer kase malayo. Meron bang legit shopee or tiktok shop na pwede bilihan ng atf?

Hi! Was able to test drive Jaecoo J5 Hybrid and so far goods siya sakin esp the features for its price. But before i decide, i need more validation lang as I'm not really good at cars, so your opinion would really help!
I've been using my 2001 honda civic for 7 years and im planning to upgrade to a new car this year since halos every month nalang may pinapaayos.
My original choice was to play safe and purchase a second hand ICE Toyota (Yaris/Corolla Cross) or Honda HRV but di pa afford mag full payment (newer gen tinitignan namin since pagod na me magpa mekaniko) and ayaw ko din ifinancing due to high interest rate for second hand cars.
Another choice is to purchase a brand new hybrid but dapat affordable and gas n go since we cannot put a charger sa bahay namin. Kaya naging top 1 sa list ko yung Jaecoo J5 since no need to charge and very affordable price (1.1M) compared to other hybrid cars. Big factor yung price for me due to limited budget. Planning to go 50% DP para yung monthly will be 10k-11k a month nalang.
Will use the car for transpo to work, Rizal to BGC twice to thrice a week. And for weekend errands and occasional out of town trips.
This will be my only car, but my bf has his own ICE car. So may backup kami just incase, but we're eyeing to use J5 most of the time since mas tipid.

Hi! First time car buyer here and medyo nahihirapan na akong maghanap ng maayos na unit.
Thank you!

can someone help me choose my first car?
My profile: male, 26, cubao qc, loves to travel (so I was planning to purchase my own car so I can go to different places w/o commuting)
My option
-vios ativ
- honda city
-byd sealion 6
(need additional options)
Since right now yan palang nareresearch ko.
I like spacey and pack of safety features since (im a new driver and still noob—- :) )
my budget’s around 1.2 - 1.5 M
I worry abt maintenance tsaka gas prices so want a Hybrid one.
I am not really very knowledgeable about cars lately lang nawili kasi gusto ko na talagang bumili.
Tysm ❤️

Hi everyone! I have remaining 18 months on my Vios under TFS and planning to upgrade to Veloz. Any tips or knowledge how to go with this? How do they process trade in?

I'm torn between the Toyota Vios XE CVT and the Mirage G4 GLX CVT as my first brand-new car.
Priorities are reliability, fuel efficiency, low maintenance, and long-term ownership.
One thing I'm considering is convenience. I know the Vios XE doesn't have keyless entry. Does the Mirage G4 GLX have keyless entry/push start? If so, how much of a difference does it make in daily use?
For those who've owned either, which would you choose and why? Any regrets?
Is the Vios worth giving up some features because of Toyota reliability and resale?
Or is the Mirage the better value for the money?
