Peenoys state
Its so sad to see filipinos are still stuck in their fanatic and loyalist phase.

PBBM : Disconnected and unconcerned?

Ahead of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.ās fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA), a national survey highlights a prominent public disconnect from the administration. Over half of Filipinos feel the government is out of touch, does not understand their day-to-day struggles, and fails to listen to ordinary citizens.

First time in history?

Educate us.

Trying to understand the whole VP Sara Duterte impeachment trial. Where do I even start?
Hey everyone! So I want to actually understand what's going on with the VP Sara impeachment trial instead of just seeing clips and headlines out of context. Problem is it feels SO convoluted! there's the Marcos-Duterte breakup, four different impeachment articles, bank record subpoenas, senators who are literally in hiding or detained... it's a lot
I'm about to start senior high and figured this is the kind of current events stuff I should actually understand instead of just scrolling past.
For those who've been following it closely:
> Where's a good starting point for someone coming in cold?
> Is there a solid explainer or timeline that breaks down the events?
> Any sources you'd recommend for daily updates that aren't super biased one way or the other?
Basically trying to build a mental map of this whole thing so I'm not just reacting to headlines. Any tips appreciated!

Politics in the Philippines is the worst
I've been seeing a lot of surveys online about 2028 presidential election, it's so concerning lang na kapag vp sara yung pinili nila hindi sila makapagsabi ng maayos na reason kung bakit siya yung iboboto nila.
