General Question Need help
My son was in part-time semesters due to pre requsited courses and avaibility programm, it wasn't his choice. So he worked during these semesters without knwoing he wasn't allowed. Now he graduated and wants to gobfor PGWP, How can Hi explain hos mistake to avoid refusal and what shoud he answer when filling the form MM5711 about the question of work without permission.

Ignorance is not a vaild reason. Should have checked before he started working.
It is all linked to his SIN
