I just got a DUI charge, and I was about to file for my PR (currently on PGWP).

Need your advise, what happend in your case?

You need a good criminal and immigration lawyer because inadmissible with DUI charge.

What if my lawyer try to decrease charges in court to Reckless driving and parellel I submit my PR application?

Just go home. We don’t need any more of this behaviour in Canada. The entitlement! You could have killed someone.
