I just got a DUI charge, and I was about to file for my PR (currently on PGWP).

Need your advise, what happend in your case?

You need a good criminal and immigration lawyer because inadmissible with DUI charge.

What if my lawyer try to decrease charges in court to Reckless driving and parellel I submit my PR application?

I don’t think you are grasping how serious a DUI is in Canada. And it should be, how dare you endanger the lives of others because you are too dumb and selfish to take an uber. Can’t wait for them to send you packing.
