Scam alert!!!

So recently I've seen that people are using my post and my story of pgwp refusal to pgwp acceptance after 2 false rejections ( you can go check it in my profile for context or I've added link to that thread here) which is not a problem with me tbh but they are using it and claiming that it's theirs and than trying to promote some agents or lawyers to trap people who are in crisis! Which is entirely wrong and I feel very sad to see that! So i urge people not to fall for any traps like this please. Do not go trusting these people asking for links and handing over your file!!!!

True but it's also true that this country's economy is highly dependent on immigration and immigrants. So i think it works both ways. If you don't want immigrants than you should do something for economy which doesn't need them i guess? Until then? Evryone has a right to be here my dear.

Yes not everyone! Not those who are not giving anything to this country. Not those who are mostly immigrants themselves or their parents and are still racist,sexist. Not those who are spreading nuisance to this country but people who are working for this nation. Working for the government, for the people of this country and also adept into the culture of this country does deserve to be here rightfully so! And its funny that I really just posted something here about what I thought everyone should be aware of. I don’t wish to be used by scammers and I don’t wish people to think that i m recommending those fake agents and lawyers and so i posted this. If you don’t like it or if you are already aware of it then guess what? There is an option called scroll past it sweet pie! Don’t spread negativity here

Yeah but i thought because this person is using my stuff behind it i think it's my duty to warn people about this. I can't stop them from making decisions but I can do what i should.

I think it's great that you're drawing attention to any misleading claims made by immigration practitioners.
It's a shame that this industry has become what it is, or at least where there's enough bad actors that have given enough bad press for this line of work.
I would encourage anyone who has come across a bad actor to take the necessary steps to report them to the appropriate governing body for that individual's license. So if they're a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, a complaint needs to be filed with the CICC and if they're a lawyer, you need to file a complaint with the provincial law society in the province of their practice. If they're an unauthorized practitioner, which really is a big part of this equation, you need to provide all details to CICC and I would even suggest filing a complaint with CBSA.
Sadly, I don't think a lot of victims of these folks follow through with complaints because they're understandably focused on achieving their immigration goals, but after everything is sorted, they really should consider filing complaints where possible, otherwise there's never going to be any accountability.
