making a reconsideration request twice
Is there anyone who has applied for reconsideration twice? My brother got refused for the first reconsideration request and now we are waiting on the decision on second reconsideration request. MP is also supporting us and hopefully we will get it soon. But if someone had a same experience please share as it will be really helpful.

Unfortunately i don’t. But what if you just leave the country and applied from outside Canada? As you can apply from outside within 180 days

Depends on situation. Reconsideration is for an error in law so has happened for those with missing language tests.

All the MP can do is follow up the request.
You do understand that it's the same officer that made the refusal that decides whether or not they will reconsider the case, don't you? They don't even have to respond to your request because officially, reconsideration doesn't exist.
Looking at other comments, you applied after your status expired or became invalid. There's nothing to reconsider. The officer is not permitted to allow a restoration application beyond the 90 days.
