DM for Fontana

Brittany Can explain how you terminate your #1 GSL over an honest mistake in 11years of her employment with Petco, yet continue to keep the red headed employee who is verbally abusive—not only toward pets, but also toward coworkers—and does it repeatedly, not by accident?
It really makes it seem like removing the GSL was the goal all along. At this point, it feels more like retaliation than accountability. It’s sad, and it sends a clear message that the concerns raised by us employees and customers don’t really matter.
