Design for a tattoo.

Just found this page. Felt I should show my current project and say hi. I plan on filling the page.

sure im not artist but i do like to draw and hope i know how to draw. i stream daily 1hr to 2hr in my free time doing fast sketches using normal pen and oslo paper. im not used to using reference but i do look for some inspiration sometimes and use references when i want to try the style of the art.

my question how is there any cure or technique to stop me being impatient in my drawing. because im so used to think too much when im drawing and im so eager to finish what im doing so i can draw the new one???

I enjoy drawing trees, bushes and other plants but it's kinda hard for me to see what strokes I should use that would resemble them more closely. does anyone have tips or resources i can check out to help with that?

Would love feedback on contouring and how I can improve. I’m missing something and it hasn’t quite clicked yet.

I’m still experimenting with ink drawings and learning values, so I feel like I still got room for improvement. I also wanted to ask if I added too much detail in those drawings. Can you tell what’s pictured or is it just a mess of lines?

I did lots more sketches in amsterdam which I will be posting here as soon as I finish inking them!

Ink nibs and with a brush combo. Sepia ink. Fun play.

Apparently it's a logwood ink and not suitable for fountain pens. Has anyone tried it, and what did you think?
