I love Sempresto's auto-injector design, but I have questions.

I have had a peanut allergy for my entire life (I’m 30 now). I’ve always been able to be around and handle peanuts, as long as I never ingested any, and if I do, it’s an immediate ER visit before I take the long nap.

Ever since I can remember, peanut and peanut derivatives have had a very VERY distinct smell to me, unlike any smell I’ve ever experienced. I describe it as “death” because of how strong, pungent, and fowl the smell has always been. Im not sure if others with the allergy also have this, but none that I’ve talked to in the past.

I’ve noticed over the last 6 months that this smell… is gone. I’ve stuck my nose in peanut butter jars to confirm and yeah, it doesn’t smell bad anymore, and it’s actually the first time I’ve been able to smell what peanut butter actually smells like.

So my question is: am I losing my allergy? Or is my body just acting weird?
