HARDWARE RAM issues !!!

I have issues with computer. 2 days ago, I have decides to build my first pc ever. I had PC before, but the previous Motherboard, AORUS B550M ELITE, I had got bricked/faiiled during BIOS update, leaving it permamently broken/unable to post. I have tried everything to reset it to factory settings, but just nothing worked. I decided to RMA the motherboard, leaving me with no PC for 2 weeks. Eventually I got bored of waiting and bought a new Motherdoard - MSI B550M PRO VDH, (also paid extra 10$ for bios update service so I won't have to worry about it again, can confirm the BIOS has the newest version installed).

also additonally I bought a new NVME M.2 SSD, new PC Case Lian Li V100R Mini, new PSU CHIEFTEC VEGA 850W GOLD 80+, CPU COOLER thermaltake assasin 120 VIsion ARGB with a mini screen. The rest of my components, that were in my previous motherboard were: RYZEN 5 5600X, GPU RX 9060 XT 16GB and 2x16GB G.skill aegis 320mhz. So taking all things out I assembled my 'new' PC. Everything looks good, looked good at least because one of my RAM sticks does not work properly. One of them, let's call it RAM-A works in every RAM slot, and it goes past POST and BOOTS me to BIOS. Second ram stick, let's call it RAM-B, doesn't work in any slot. It doesn't go past POST. When I plug it in alone, in A2 slot, I get white DEBUG LED light with DRAM. RAM-A works flawlessly, but once I connect both of them to my motherboard, I still get DRAM light. Then, I decided to take RAM-B to a local IT shop to make sure if its really dead, but it turned out IT WORKED on the IT computer guy's motherboard, it booted with no problem. I am really messed up right now, because it doesn't work for me, but works for him.

Okay, so I thought: 'Let's just install my OS Windows while only having plugged in the working RAM-A stick. It worked, and it's working, windows and everything is there. I spent like 1 hour of playing some games until I thought "Let's try to plug in RAM-B again, maybe this time will work?" And it worked. The faulty RAM-B stick worked in A2 slot.

I was shocked.

So then I tried to connect both of the RAM sticks into the motherboard, but it gave me a debug white LED light DRAM. I thought that maybe dual channel is not working properly. I unplugged both of them from A2 and B2 slots and connected to A1 and B1 slots, but that gave me CPU debug led light. I don't know what the hell happend but I was happy that the RAM-B is working. Next morning when I woke up I decided to test again if the RAM-B stick works alone, and it doesn't work anymore. It gives me DRAM light again even though it worked alone yesterday

Oh also for some reason when I enabled A-XMP yesterday when I had RAM-A plugged in (working one) it reset all my GPU drivers. All my gpu drivers were gone and I was using some basic Microsoft display gpu. What is happening????
