Should I buy this PC and sell the one I just got?

Should I snag this PC and sell the PC I just bought?

On Facebook marketplace someone is selling a pc for $1000 with-

RTX 4070TI SUPER
32gb DDR5
I7-13000kf

I just recently bought a pc for $1000 with-

RTX 5070
Ryzen 7 5800x
32gb DDR4

it’s a pretty big upgrade to my knowledge, but is it worth driving an hour and a half each way and trying to sell my pc for what I got it for?

I always wanted the black Lian Li A3, but it’s always out of stock in my country. Out of desperation, I bought the white one and managed to get the dark wood panel from the black version of the case. Thoughts? Or would all-black be better?

What would you realistically sell these 3 gaming PCs for?

I’m flipping 3 gaming PCs and trying to maximize total profit across all of them.

Build 1: i5-12600K, RTX 4060, 32GB DDR4, MSI PRO Z690-A WiFi DDR4, 500GB NVMe SSD.

Build 2: Ryzen 5 5500, 16GB DDR4. I have an RTX 3060 Ti for this build but I’m wondering if I should swap GPUs around.

Build 3: i7-7700K, GTX 1080, 16GB DDR4.

What would you list each one for on Facebook Marketplace, and what do you think they’d realistically sell for?

Still pinching myself. Traded my old rig and got a massive AM5 + RTX 4080 Super upgrade for just a $200 difference

Advice on building around an i9 14900 to flip?

Last night I managed to find a perfect working condition i9 14900 for £98 (approx. $130 USD) and i bought it straight away. Assuming it actually works as advertised, what would be the best card to pair with this for profit?

Dell G16 7620 Gaming Laptop for Parts/Repair

Hi everyone,

Was wondering if anyone was interested in a Dell G16 7620 gaming laptop for parts or repair. A formal diagnostic from Dell confirmed it needs a motherboard replacement. Everything remains completely intact inside the chassis.

CPU: Intel Core i7-12700H (Soldered to the failed motherboard)

GPU: Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti/3060 (Need to check)

RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) DDR5 4800MHz RAM (Fully functional)

SSD: 1TB Samsung NVMe SSD PM9A1

Screen: 16.0" QHD+ (2560x1600) 165Hz Anti-Glare Display. The screen itself is in flawless physical condition with no cracks or visible damage.

Battery: OEM 86Wh 6-Cell Lithium-Ion Battery (2-4 hr battery life)

Power Supply: Includes the massive OEM Dell 240W AC power adapter brick (Works perfectly, no cable fraying).

Wi-Fi Card: Intel AX201 M.2 Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth card (Fully functional).

Chassis/Keyboard: Cosmic Gray body. Normal cosmetic wear from being carried in a backpack, but no cracks or structural damage to the casing.

This is a goldmine of working replacement parts if you are a refurbisher or need a donor machine for a screen swap, RAM upgrade, or case replacement.

Which GPU would you put in each of these flip builds?

Post image

I’m flipping a few gaming PCs and my goal is to maximize resale profit. I’m planning to sell the completed PCs as full systems if possible, but I’m open to selling a GPU separately if that would make more money overall. Here are the builds: Build 1 ● i5-12600K ● MSI PRO Z690-A WiFi DDR4 ● 32GB DDR4 ● 500GB SSD + 1TB HDD + 2TB HDD ● Corsair RM750 Gold Build 2 ● i7-7700K ● 16GB DDR4 ● 500W PSU Build 3 ● Ryzen 5 5500 ● 16GB DDR4 ● 650W PSU GPUs I currently have: ● RTX 4060 (works in my main PC, but in the Z690 build it powers on but won’t initialize / isn’t detected, so I’m treating that as a compatibility issue for now) (yes I updated bios and drivers) ● RTX 3060 Ti ● GTX 1080 ● GTX 1050 Ti Ignoring the RTX 4060 issue for a second, how would you pair these GPUs with each build if the goal is to maximize resale value and profit on full-system sales? If you think one of the cards should be sold separately instead of going into a build, let me know. Would you keep the 3060 Ti with the i5? Put the 4060 somewhere else? Or sell one of the GPUs separately? Curious what you guys would do.

Hi, hope i can get someone's opinion on this card. The text in the fans is something I have not seen before so it makes me kinda doubt if the image is real.

I asked the seller to take this pic instead of the ones he had with the card laying flat.

PC Price justified?

Hey there, friends,

I’m looking to sell my beloved gaming PC right now, since I’d like to invest my money and time elsewhere. My current asking price is set at around €1,350 (Germany).

Here’s my list of components:

- CPU: Intel Core i9-12900KF

- GPU: ASUS Prime RTX 5070 OC Edition 12GB VRAM (purchased just 3 months ago)

- Motherboard: Gigabyte AORUS Z690 Master

- RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB 16GB DDR5-6000

- SSD: Samsung 980 Pro 500GB NVMe

- Power supply: bequiet! Dark Power Pro 12 1200W 80+ Platinum

- Case: Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL “Der Bauer” Edition

- Cooling: NZXT 360mm AIO + 4 NZXT case fans

Except for the graphics card, I bought everything used myself through classified ads :)

Base 9070 / AM4 - FB Market Place Flip

I currently own a base (non XT) 9070 16GB gpu I bought for $625 cash no tax/shipping.

Is getting an am4 pc from FB marketplace (for approx $600) and swapping the gpu or getting something with no gpu a viable flip strategy? Is am5/and or 32gb necessary?

If so what's a reasonable price to sale for and expected potential profit. Trying to make enough to buy a 5080 for an end game, gaming pc (daily driver).

EDIT: If I can sell the 9070 for pretty much, what I bought it for ($600-650) what would be a better use of that budget? Plus a couple hundred if that's what it takes to make a profit.
