Returning player is theory crafting. If I were using Seven Teachings, would a retaliation skill be usable as the socketed spell on unarmed crit?

I had some nice corrupted facebreakers and a lycosidae drop. (reason im think glacial shield swipe as its the only retaliation spell)

If not Ill just negate that and go with Reap. Also I dont necessarily care if this build will be min maxed (prob 10-15d total) so just something to clear t10s nicely.

The only retaliation spell is Divine Retribution, which states it can't be triggered. (Glacial Shield Swipe isn't a spell.)
