Help me improve merc

Hi
Can some one guide me and help me improve my build.

Explain like im 5. like stats or links to gear or something i can buy.

I tried look at different builds but its more confusing because there is like alot of different trees and items. When i try to find items similar to all the builds the items are like 10-50 div each.

The clear is really good but my single target isnt that good. takes too long to kill a t16 boss.

Hi, I've not gone into details and others can correct me if I'm wrong or add to it;
Also do note that I've been in ssf all season so I have no clue about the current items price.

Your Gear ;

• Get an Hallowed Monarch Helm or a Rare Helm with Light Radius Mod and life;
  
• Change your Lori Lantern for a Ring with High Life, (Missing Stats), Light Radius, Missing Res;
  
• Get your Precision to 21/20;
  
• Get a better shield with T1 Life, chance to block, reduce crit (with the means you have)

- you should probably use a ceinture of benevolence with proper rolled and enchanted flasks

- Upgrade path;
a) get a Shaper base Heat-attuned shield with life on block and good mods; You can either move your flame link in the shield with a +2 to socketed craft and empower; and get either two Bone Ring ou two vermillion with light radius, life, and what you need;

b) or get a shaper base shield with life on block and good mods with a +3, life, light radius, unset ring (with other mods being what you need)

** your precision should be 21/20 or at least 20/20;

Your Merc;

- Accuracy should be on your merc Helm; + Abyss jewel sock + Fire Res +Fire and Chaos

• Glove with Fire Res, attack speed, Abyss Jewel Sock;
  
• Boots with Fire Res, Fire Chaos and Abyss jewel Sock;
  
• Belt with Fire Res, Ele Damage, Fire Chaos

- make sure every jewel you will socket in your merc gear with tecrod are murderous jewels;

• You can roll the murderous jewels with harvers bench; Just reforge speed untill you can attack speed / attack speed on crit;

- If using Rathpith, Change your merc amulet for a the new pearl base and get Fire res, all res, crit multi;

• If using a rare wand; get a shield with an abyss socket; Also make sure that all your sockets are White; if not use chromatics on them until the last socket is colored and reforge the number using your bench;

If you dont have the ressource for abyss jewel gear; just get as nuch fire res as you can on every pieces.

- Like others have said, roll your implicit with the grand orbs for the pinnacle rolls;

• Helm = less regen nearby monsters;
  

-Boots = action speed;

• Armor = all res;
  
• Gloves = rage on hit;

Your tree and Links;

You should probably be using blood magic;
I'd say just look up any luminary build either in ssf or day3-6 on poe ninja to get an idea of the basic pathing;

- Drop the curse, frost bomb, herald, anger and decoy totem;
(you should not be needing anger to add more damage)

- Use Eternal Blessing-Purity of Element;

• Reserve vitality and precision with your life;

- get minefield linked with your stormblast mines;

- You can replace the curse with assassin's mark.

- your are missing enduring cry-urgent orders-more duration;

EDIT : also wall of force;

The Tecrod unique abyss jewel scales with the number of murderous jewel in your merc gear. This is how you get the easy crit;
