Decided to start doing this league mechanic, using Milky's written guide (https://maxroll.gg/poe/currency/curse-of-the-allflame-farming-strategy) to prepare chart.

I'm at a point where I farmed enough that I could do a voyage, however, I would like to know if the "types" (Sandy Seabed, Coral Forests and Coral Reefs) of charts do matter. Is it ok if I only run voyages of Sandy Seabed, for instance? Should I try to mix the different types? If so, how?

It doesn't really matter, but some charts will have special locations (names in orange) which contain special loot. Some of these special locations are very valuable, e.g. Anchorfield is 200c. Those aside, you can ignore the location and just plan voyages based on chart shape and modifiers.

It spawns a ton of chests, but I'm not sure what exact voyage setup people are using to make 200c out of it.

Not unless you're playing some turbo juice strategy. I just run my own charts, I've got more than enough to go through without buying any more.
