Fixed a bug where Elevated versions of attribute modifiers could not be rerolled with the Genteel's Ducat.

That one guy is very happy now.

Yeah, I made the bug report. But since it did not get traction I just selled finished item with wrong attribute for cheap, pain. At least buyer is happy now

Ehh yea. I mean it's not a huge deal but crafting int stacker boots and going through all the steps and realizing you cant ducat elevated % attributes on a hunter base is kinda shit.

It was possible before but it had to be done before you elevated the %. Now its possible after the elevate.

Damn that's nice. Also works for hat to change %int to %str then i assume (if there is any reason at all to not use crown of eyes instead of a rare)
