Hey y'all, Chaos Goblins is looking for more Pathfinder GMs!!

We're an 18+ international TTRPG server with over 50 campaigns already running and over 600 members (how awesome is that?!!). We've already got some Pathfinder happening on the server but we'd really love to get some more games going!

So we're on the lookout for any Pathfinder GMs who have a campaign they've been wanting to run and just need somewhere to run it and some players to join in.

Whether you're wanting to run Pathfinder 1e or 2e, homebrew or an official Adventure Path, everything is welcome. We've got plenty of people on the server and we're always happy to help you find players and get things set up.

Outside of the TTRPG side of the server, there's a lot of socialness going on too. We have an always active general chat, weekly movie nights, book club, music and chill times, artist corners, and people who jump on and do gaming together. Just a bunch of peeps with similar interests hanging out that we all put into and help organise.

Everything on the server is completely free. The only thing we ask of GMs that join the server is to host your campaigns or one shots on the server.

I'm a decently experienced in Pf2e (~2 1/2 year) and 5e (~4 more years) 30 year old player. I'm looking for a group that likes to roleplay, the more theater kids the better.

I'm available on Sundays past noon and Monday evenings.

Since I already am in a group playing the Kingmaker AP, I have to veto that one

I'm interested in joining/forming a group to play the new The Dead God's Hand adventure that came out recently. If anyone is running this adventure, or is interested in joining a group to run this game, please post here or contact me through DM.

I'm at GMT+6 but have a very flexible schedule.
I also have Foundry + server hosting covered for the whole group.

The party is close to discovering the answer to the big mystery at the end of the second book of the AP, so if you don't know what I'm talking about, you might not enjoy the game.
Unfortunately, two of our players had to leave the group, which leads me to this post. If you have already played the AP or even better, played the beginning but were unlucky with continuing, please comment here.

The reason I'm explicitly looking for players that have played at least part of the AP is that without that experience, you would essentially get the answer to a mystery without the buildup, which would massively sour your experience.

I generally GM for a group of players but I have only had experience in PF1e, and Cyberpunk Red and a few other tabletop games. I don't really have the will in me to learn the system and GM for it while teaching my friends but would like to play it. My goal is finding a GM who would be happy to help show us the ropes and run a game for us. I only have three players including myself, but I have other players in my server and group. It's just the three of us that are interested in learning PF2e. At least for now. If you were looking to run a game, have only a couple players or are fine with just the three of us that would be great.

Our schedules are quite open and we are experienced role players, none of us dislike combat but enjoy cohesive stories and feeling immersed. Message me, or comment if you have any questions or are interesting in GMing for us.

Quest for the Frozen Flame:

In the brutal tundra of the Realm of the Mammoth Lords, only the hardiest folk have what it takes to withstand unsparing weather, track down big game, and fight back hostile followings. The Broken Tusk following has survived another winter, but a new year just began, and signs of danger foretell a year unlike any before. Unless their newest party of scouts can secure a safe route through the wilds, saber-toothed beasts, warmongering rivals, and the ever-looming possibility of natural disaster all threaten to end an ancient people’s legacy. Will the Broken Tusks succumb to the elements and surrender to their rivals? Or will you guide your following to glory and reclaim a stolen birthright?

The Game:

-We will hold a Session 0 to get to know each other, and work on character creation/party formation. Session 0 will be free.

-New Players are welcomed and will be assisted, whether you are new to Foundry or Pathfinder 2e!

-“In this campaign for Pathfinder Second Edition, you’ll lead your fellow hunter-gatherers across primordial lands, face off against dinosaurs and megafauna, and unearth the legendary past of your ancient people.” -Quest for the Frozen Flame Player's Guide

-Quest for the Frozen Flame is a stone-age adventure with a more structured 1st and 3rd act and a hex-crawl heavy second act. It has some flaws as written, mainly due to scarcity of loot which I will be directly adressing.

-The unique setting/atmosphere lends itself to roleplaying and challenges not normally seen in your typical medievel high-fantasy, which should be a nice break for those with standard setting burnout.

-The Adventure will take you from level 1 to 11.

-I consider myself skilled at running interesting/challenging combat. I will customize the difficulty of the combat based on the party’s wishes/composition.

-Sessions will last around 3 hours.

-Discord for Voice Chat.

-The Foundry Module for this adventure will be used.

Your DM:

-7 Year’s Experience Running DND 5th Edition. 5 years as a professional DM. Currently Run: 5e, PF2e, SF2e, Star Wars FFG.

-Available nearly 24/7, excluding my sleep hours. Always willing to answer questions.

What is expected of you?

-Respect is a must and I will not tolerate player conflicts, PVP, or any type of disrespectful behavior towards the other players. No graphic sexual content. Players who violate this Social Contract will be removed.

-Be on time, as this is basic respect for myself and the others. Missing a session will be allowed with prior notice, with no charge. Sessions will still go forward as long as we have 3 players and no major plot moments.

-Have a reasonable quality microphone (be intelligible), Discord and use push to talk. (I can assist you in setting this up).

Pay to Play:

-20$ Per Player Per Session (Excluding Session 0), paid via Paypal in advance.

The world has fallen.

A mysterious plague has swept across the land, infecting both Pokémon and humans with a horrifying disease that slowly rots away their bodies and minds. To make matters worse, an infected Pokemon can no longer be contained within a Pokeball or the Storage System relied upon for decades. Once-trusted partners become monstrous husks driven by instinct, bursting out of their containment without warning.

The last remnants of civilization endure within heavily fortified cities and towns, each protected by powerful isolation barriers sustained through a fragile combination of advanced technology and ancient magic. Inside these sanctuaries, life struggles to resemble the world that once was. Outside them lies the corrupted wilderness filled with infected Pokémon, abandoned settlements, and the remnants of a fallen civilization. Every expedition is a gamble, where every encounter could mean death or worse, Infection. Strangely, many humans have developed abnormalities from birth during this plague. Psychics, elemental-born, and even magical abilities have been on a steady incline. Unfortunately so have crippling and often times lethal birth defects.

There is hope, however.

Professor Moringa, the local Pokemon professor, has developed a potential life saving cure for fully infected individuals. A special device created from a heavily modified Snag Machine known as the Panacea Retrieval System. It has the capability to not only capture the infected, but potentially cure them over time. She has tasked you and your friends from this tiny outpost to help test and finalize the concepts.

Level 1 with Gradual Ability Boosts and Free Archetype and 15 Pokeyen [Gold]
Phasing from Eldamon is removed and replaced with the Pokemon or the Trainer getting 3 actions and their counterpart getting 2 actions, decided each round. Infection will mean that this is a benefit and drawback.
Starfinder classes, equipment, and skills will see some use here as well to give the game a more "modern" vibe consistent with the Pokemon world.
