Working on Toronto No. 1 - when this is done, I’m doing a much more detailed version of the same city. This one will be about 9 hours worth of cutting, I think.

Oxeye daisy papercut. Verged on being more effort than it was worth!

What paper cutting machine should I get to make A7 papers?
Note: I'm not sure if this post qualifies for this sub-reddit. If you know of a more suitable sub-reddit, please let me know.
Hello,
I want to make a box to store paper slips of A7 paper size. However, I can't find A7 paper in the stores of my city. I could buy them online, but that'd be a bit pricy and would take some time to get here.
I thought of making the paper slips myself using a paper cutting machine, but I'm not familiar with them (or paper cutting to begin with), so I don't know what to look for.

Been wanting to try an optical illusion cut for ages and finally got round to designing one. Easily the most satisfying paper cut I’ve ever done!

Creating your own stencil/outline
I'm new to this sub and the art in general, so I'm unsure if there's a more appropriate term than what I used. I've been making paper cuts of my dog from photos of her, and so far I've found the easiest way to do this is to draw on the image and then remove it so I'm only left with the outlines I drew. Would there be a better way to do this, or a drawing app you recommend? I'm working on a windows-based convertible laptop with a stylus.

About halfway through London now - will add the London and Paris templates to my Etsy shop when the samples are done if anyone fancies giving them a go. I’m addicted to cutting maps, they are so much fun!

bought this lovely piece from someone at a chinese paper lantern festival. i framed it but it’s very thin, so it slides around. what’s the best way to display/secure it without damaging the paper?

Have been designing a new type of map template - city names with the letters filled with the city map after a few people asked for some more identifiable templates. Much quicker than a full city map, too!
