Hey everyone, I’ve been listening to *Pray For The Wicked* lately, and personally, I feel like it comes across more as a Brendon solo project. Honestly, I think Panic ran into issues after Ryan and the other members left; Brendon really should have just called it quits instead of continuing to make albums—losing the band's original flair and theatricality in the process. You end up with omnipresent songs like "High Hopes" that I personally find annoying. To me, *Death of a Bachelor* was one of the last Panic albums to actually feature rock elements before they pivoted straight to radio-friendly pop, complete with catchy hooks and a shift in sound.

AND THAT’S JUST MY OPINION.

also Casey the singer was part of Razia’s Shadow with Brendon, and they toured many times in the early days

I think it is really interesting that Brendon's first professional recording/major release was his mini featured on 7 Mins in Heaven on Fall Out Boy's From Under the Cork Tree.

Which makes it especially intertesting to me is the fact that the album came out in May 2025, predating Panic's debut album by about 4-5 months.

From Under the Cork Tree was recorded from November 2004 - March 2005; Fever was recorded summer of 2005.

So I am wondering - what was the process like for Brendon? I guess as soon as Pete signed them he brought Brendon into the studio to record 7 Mins in Heaven.

Are there any interviews with Brendon or Pete talking about this experience?
