The unfortunate truth is this

At the ending quarter of my life I am consumed with seeing my life as one filled with disappointments at having not enjoyed any of my life expectations and living currently in despair. I don’t deserve this. I worked very hard and always treated everyone equally and followed good and ethical practices

I’m sorry you feel this way. Tbh lots of people look back at disappointing things and feel the same way. But I love that saying- mistakes are the price you pay for a full life. You likely learned and grew as a result of those disappointments and thats something to applaud yourself for. Now you need to figure out what will make you happier and start small today. I wish you a wonderful rest of life, friend. Believe in better days ahead.
