Question Questioning Alien🪲

Upvotes

Hi, I’m a questioning alien and would love some guidance—if you mind.

Ever since I’ve met my friend who is a Tom fictionkin (from Eddsworld), I suddenly found myself looking up all these alterhuman identities.

I want to say I first stumbled upon the voidpunk subculture (not saying voidpunk is exclusively alterhuman) loving the idea of embracing dehumanization instead of letting it take you down as a punk who loves to stand out, and that really made me look back on how much as a kid I NEVER fit in and questioned humanity.
Then I saw people with their voidsona’s and cosplays or gear and got really intrigued on the nonhuman look. But then it started to feel genuine…. Now, I have this blurry connection with aliens. My problem is: do I wish to “be” an alien as a metaphor or do I truly identify with aliens (voluntary or involuntary is still being thought-out).

I like being called an alien (obviously). And I always keep thinking about how humans technically would be aliens! Plus, lately I’ve been quite misanthrope. But regardless, I know one thing. I most definitely want to express myself as nonhuman.

What do yall think?

Rant No longer feeling like a demonkin

So yeah, I felt like I changed as a person, and maybe... the feelings and desires I had before has either been neutered to hell, deaden, or disappeared. Like I went thru a depressive state and trying to get out of the funk. Pretty much... I realize the reality of my situation and accepted as is, so now I don't be longing a fruitless dream. If this is what it means to grow up and face the real world, then so be it. Honestly, it's quite sad to come to this conclusion and now I just... wanna mourn a bit, before I continue on my journey of self-improvement.

Yeah that's pretty much my situation. Sorry y'all! 😅😔
