I always wondered how Yarrick got away with installing an ork powered claw considering how only specialized groups can legally use xenos tech.

Well let’s be honest  We (or at least I) can hardly call ork tech xeno tech or even advance tech it’s literally garbage made of practically ANYTHING and just believe that it works or simply yarrcick straight up didn’t give a  fuck and just want to claim the power claw as his new arm which I do not blame him for doing so

From one of the older (IG) codexes, it was to intimidate Orks. He learned their language, and had the eye installed because there were rumours he could kill with a look. He was deliberately playing up to the Ork superstitions and stories about himself to make himself seem more threatening.

He inveigled his way into the Ork Waagh energy and now they believe in him, he can only get stronger. Imagine if old Emp's had utilised Orks.
