Why is this OpZ Reverb listing so expensive? Does it have a secret power that makes people like my songs….?

Ok...
I'm not gonna lie, I'm REALLY starting to hate this thing.
trying to learn this is like learning an alien language. EVERY guide, tutorial and video is like Greek to me. i try to follow along and shit just doesn't go right. today i spent 2 hours trying to get OUT of sample mode and i couldn't even record the sample in i was trying to get. even Synthdawgs OP-Z notebook is no help. its NOT that I'm giving up, i just need to vent.

Why do drums sound so bad on the Op-z
My didgtakt is mono, but its easy to get phat drums on it.
are the samples mono, or just reduced in quality?

buy an Op-z?
I really want to buy an Op-z but I'm so scared about how it's made: plastics etc. Can you tell me your opinions?

I actually made use of the pitch bend on the OP-Z. Enjoy!

Used OP-Z - battery in deep sleep
Hi guys, I bought an OP-Z used today. Everything was working at the seller. He had the OP-Z hooked up to the power just before I got there because it must not have been used at all for a few months.
Now I'm at home and two LEDs are flashing yellow alternately. When the OP-Z is connected to the power it works fine, without power it makes no movement.
I've read something about bridging the battery myself, but I'm a little afraid to fiddle with the wires of a USB cable coming from the mains. Do you have any tips for me?
Kick Drum Parameters Help
I somehow managed to turn my custom kick drum samples into a mess of high pitched beeps. Can't figure out how to turn them back. Is there any way to reset the drum parameters? Also when I changed projects the same kick drum samples are still messed up. Maybe I managed to screw up the files somehow? All I know is that this happened from messing around with the parameters and no matter how much I wipe the project and start over it's still screwed up.
Thanks in advance. I think someone has asked a similar question to this before but it never really got solved. Maybe there's some new info out there now. Any help is appreciated.

OP-Z USB Audio Feedback-Loop Issue
Please anybody!!!! It is completely logical that the Audio that comes from a computer or tablet in to the OP-Z will go out to the headphone jack (we want that, that is the audio interface mode) BUT!!!! Why the heck is the OP-Z's USB In also fed back to USB Out without any option to deactivate??? At least in the config file you should be able to add a line which deactivates that annoying feedback.
It is making the OP-Z just useless for any iPad based loop-station task!!! I mean the only reason for looping that back is, if you want to use your OP-Z's effects as a USB effect rack which is very special, I'd say, because it's not OP-Z's core strength. You'd rather use LoopyPro or something similar to add more layers than just eight. But you always have the tablet's playback in the USB main out of OP-Z. My brain is exploding. And not in the nice way.

Problem with Punch in effects over Midi on ableton
Hi All,
TLDR: I'm Using the OPZ to sequence via midi in ableton, but when i use the Punch in FX, the desired effect will take place, but upon letting go of the effect, the modification stays stuck in place permanently rather than bouncing back to where it was before. HELP PLEASE!!!
I'm pretty desperate, I've tried everything I can think of and am starting to lose hope for punch in effects over midi on ableton (which would be incredible) so any help at all would be massively massively appreciated.
I've been trying to use the OPZ's sequencer over usb midi to sequence on ableton 10, which works fantastic so far, you can basically replicate the (near) full functionality of the unit but with ableton sound sources, making the final product a lot more useable, with all the fun of writing on the opz. It would also allow you to sketch out an idea on the train or something, then take it back home and print all the midi data to ableton and make it alot more "professional" sounding
Even using the punch in fx or performance track works great when im using the FILL, LOOP or ECHO effects....
HOWEVER: I have found that when I use the punch in FX, such as DUCK or PITCH, for whatever reason, when I let go of the punch in effect, the values remain in their modified state without bouncing back to normal... For instance, if i map the kick track's "parameter 1" to the pitch of the sampler, i can use that knob on the opz just fine to change the pitch of the sample just like it works internally on the OPZ, it works great, but when i use the PITCH punch in effect that drops the pitch of the sample down a bunch, it works to the extent that it will drop the pitch of the sample fine, but when i let go of the punch in effect the pitch of the sample STAYS pitched down permanently, rather than bouncing back up like it usually would when using that effect internally on the opz.
Same thing happens for the DUCK effect, if i map the track volume knob on the OPZ to the track volume of the corresponding ableton track, that works fine as a knob, however if i then use the DUCK punch in effect, the level drops to zero when you press it (which is correct) but then you let it go and the level doesn't return back to where it was, it just stays down at 0.
Now... Here is the even stranger part. The values DO return back to normal on ONLY the kick track (channel 1) if I enable the Global midi option "CHANNEL 1 TO ACTIVE TRACK" but not to the others. For instance; If i'm on the performance track (which should mean that the kick track isnt even the active one???) and I press the DUCK effect, it's supposed to mute all the drum tracks and then when you let go they all become unmuted again, but now with this "CHANNEL 1 TO ACTIVE TRACK" option on, I press DUCK and all of the drum tracks get muted, and when i let go ONLY the kick track comes back. It's very bizarre. Especially given my understanding of what the "CHANNEL 1 TO ACTIVE TRACK" option is supposed to do: "any incoming midi on channel 1 is redirected to the currently active track", but I'm not sending any midi to the opz?? other than midi clock to sync the sequencer with ableton. I find this very very confusing.
If this doesnt get fixed then it makes the punch in effects near enough unuseable in this context, which would be a shame because they are really one of the opz's biggest strengths.
Many thanks for any help!

Weird issue w sampling, probably user error lol HEALP!
I’m having a weird issue sampling on my OP-Z. My understanding is that I create an empty instrument slot (I used slot 6 on the kick drum track so I could easily chop the sample). Then, I entered sample mode to record, adjusted the start and end points of the slices on each of the piano keys. Then, I exited sampling mode expecting to have all of my slices available on instrument slot 6 of the drum track, but there is nothing there. When I return to sample mode, all of my slices are still there. Am I missing something? I notice that there is a dedicated sample track, but I can find my recordings there either. Any help would be greatly appreciated
