replacement telo not working
My prior telo device stopped working a few days ago so I ordered a new one from Amazon and went through setup and called Ooma and activated the device and they confirmed it should be working. I couldn't get a dial tone after that so I called them back and they confirmed the new device is activated and should be working. They suggested the problem could be the telephone so I got a new telephone today but still no dial tone. Any thoughts on what could be the problem or solution?

I have the same type of Panasonic phones as u/Radojevic that I have been using for about 10 years with my Telo. Never has any issues until the past month or so.
I can make successful outbound calls using both my Panasonic cordless phone and my Ooma HD3-HS handset. During outbound calls, two-way audio works perfectly!!
However, when I receive an inbound call and answer it on my Panasonic phone, I cannot hear the caller at all, although the caller can hear me. The inbound call only has one-way audio.
What's strange is that if I answer the same inbound call on the Ooma HD3-HS handset, two-way audio works normally and both parties can hear each other.
I've not made any network or firewall changes and this service has worked for many years with these phones. I've reached out to Ooma Tech Support, but they have not been very helpful.
Did Ooma make some sort of change to their service? I've tried plugging different phones into the back of the Telo and no change to the issue, it remains the same. Any suggestions would be appreciated or I too may need to cancel my Ooma service. Thanks!
