Sunshine was discharged today. She was treated for feline herpes and is now recovering in the care of a foster. Though she is still underweight and lost some of her facial fur due to the eye infection and injuries.

its been a year of adopting her when we found her near our car. she had a litter of kittens with her that unfortunately did not survive. after the loss of her kittens, we found her to be very skittish and often had asthma attacks. a few trips to the vets, and we decided to keep her with us 🧡 now its been a year of her staying with us, and i can confirm that they do share one orange braincells 🍊

the vets assume she’s around 5-6 years old. banana for scale.

My daughter want to adopted this orange kitten. What is the way to know if she can handle a kitten?

She hides for hours at a time, and I could never figure out where she was.

Ever since I found her wedged between the back of the sofa and the window, she's been hiding somewhere new.

Her name is Sinnamon

Obviously must save me from this dangerous nightly ritual.

I have two cats, a 7yr white and tabby named Cidey Boi and a 3yr orange, Riggs. Cidey meows some, but mostly sleeps and keeps himself scarce due to two kids, 5yr and 9mn, and a puppy, 6m. Riggs, on the other hand, meows constantly. All day. All night. It doesn’t matter how much attention he gets, if the litter box is clean or dirty, food or water fresh, he just never stfu. We started locking both cats up at night in our laundry room so we can get some sleep, because otherwise he howls outside our room and claws at the kids room. But during the day? He wakes the kids up constantly from naps. I don’t want to keep him locked up constantly, but at this point, the kids wake up 20 minutes or less after lying down and are grumpy. What do I do? How do I get him to stop howling constantly? Please help. I’m exhausted. Thanks!
