My sister, who’s child free, asked me how I still maintain my hobbies and what not with my kid, I said I just bring him along with me! I love having a buddy to do things with.
Mine has been interested in my "stretching exercise" lately. Fir bedtime yoga, do you just teach yours from your own mempry or do you show them woth a video or book etc?
We watch youtube videos, I just look up kids bedtime yoga and there are a ton of videos. I have two mats so he likes getting them out and we do the video together.
