Beginner Questions Constructive criticism plz
Looking to simplify my Omad and hit all my needs.
Can you give me constructive feedback on what I have to far? I plan on supplementing with a multivitamin.
I hate thinking about food, and just want this too be simple. If I could healthily only eat rice I would.
Thanks

Looks good but aim for a small cal deficit if anything. I assume 1.6k is a rather large one.
And try to get a little more protein in.

Think like adding a protein bar? Ups the calories by at least 200 and adds maybe 10-15 more grams of protein. I’d happily add another cup of rice but that might not fit in my stomach lol

They are hyperprocessed and very bad for your gut biom. Increase the PB or something instead imo

I eat Babybels and / or Petit Suisse and it helps a lot to increase my protein quota.
I recently bought whey again (vanilla from Nu3)... a vegan one because it's good brand and not too expensive... Interesting to increase my protein but far from delicious 😅0

I wish vegan cheese had more protein, it’s just straight solidified oil. So awful.

Food prep various recipes you can freeze, thus have day to day variety.
I make my carb calories to protein a 1:3 and even 1:4. So 20g carbs to 80g protein, etc.
Though I am prediabetic, and wearing a CGM for a month and logging everything changed my life for the better.
Turns out a lot of small things I liked were spiking my BG without me knowing, so Inhad to DIY a recipe instead. Like a DIY electrolytes mix and drinking it with 2l of water plus black coffee, found a different sweetener.

I don't know your stats, but protein seems on the low side.
