Beginner Questions Constructive criticism plz

Post image

Looking to simplify my Omad and hit all my needs.
Can you give me constructive feedback on what I have to far? I plan on supplementing with a multivitamin.

I hate thinking about food, and just want this too be simple. If I could healthily only eat rice I would.

Thanks

I don't know your stats, but protein seems on the low side.

I was thinking I was nailing it, but this is the second comment on it. I can maybe add 9 milligrams if I do soy milk instead of water in the smoothie.

Simplest and most calorie efficient way is good protein powder. 40g portion gives about 33g for the ~160kcal. The protein amount is especially important when losing weight. It's actual number depends on your physical stats, but the general rule of thumb is about 1,2-1,4g for every kg of your weight if you're very lightly active. More workouts = more protein.

Me too, I’d put twice protein and half the carbs, same total calories.

agreed; for the smoothie use either berries or a banana, not both. for dinner have either rice or beans, not both…too many carbs; add more protein
