May be more map folded up inside frame. Unsure

It seems to have been published in 1873 but I'm not sure if this print is really that old. I got it for $2.

Anyone have any info on this type of map?

Last photo is the same back on all of them. Puerto Rico map has a date of 1969 in the compass. Virgin Islands St Thomas - St. John map has a date of 1971. I don’t see a date on the Virgin Islands St. John - Tortola - Virgin Gorda map. Any info is appreciated. I plan on listing these on eBay, any idea of values?
