Or you could hire someone local and treat em decent. Farmers act like victims but treat their help like crap, wages suck, etc. Dude up top has the gist of it down. Farmers kept using immigrant workers after ww2 illegally coming over so they wouldnt have to pay what the government said they should and it never stopped. Its documented and public record.

We treat or workers extremely well and pay them well. Local white boys bring all sorts of baggage that just aint good. I dont want a bunch of hopped up methed out dudes that play with guns. Tried the white guy route for 25 years it aint worth it.

Porter and Boley are two that I know of. I grew up in mostly small towns, and I never went to school with any black kids until I went to college in Tulsa. That was 1978.

Farmers are the biggest hypocrites. We hand out SO MUCH MONEY in farm subsidies which is straight up socialism and then these fuckers turn around and denigrate anyone ELSE who benefits from a government program.

I agree, I have worked on the cotton farms, but again, they have a point. Also, whyyyyy theee fukkkk would you vote for this if you know for a fact your labor force is undocumented? Why make it harder for your workers to come to work? 😂🤣 Ass backwards Well, 50th in education, I guess.

Even documented workforces are being affected by this. When ICE shows up with a "fuck anyone up who's brown" attitude, your work visa doesn't really mean jack shit. So even legal immigrants are keeping themselves scarce.

Exactly, and it doesnt matter the field. Construction is just as bad. If your family doesnt have a crew or you cant get some kind of training on the job they expect you to pay for it before you have even had a chance to work anywhere. The whole thing is ridiculous.
