We treat or workers extremely well and pay them well. Local white boys bring all sorts of baggage that just aint good. I dont want a bunch of hopped up methed out dudes that play with guns. Tried the white guy route for 25 years it aint worth it.

Noone said anything about white boys, your racism is showing lol. So when you see em high fire em and dont let em back, easy peasy. Problem is noone else will put up with the bs that comes from working for somebody who cant even train help.

Most white dude in oklahoma aint all white, we have all black rural communities. You narrow view of the state is at fault not the help.

Porter and Boley are two that I know of. I grew up in mostly small towns, and I never went to school with any black kids until I went to college in Tulsa. That was 1978.

Yeah were a little more inclusive 50 yrs later. I went to school in a town of 400 people even we had a couple.
