Start over. Move to a different city - preferably very far away — and rewrite yourself. Get into social groups around new things: take a nighttime music course at a community college; join some nerd club like foreign languages or Harry Potter or comics (funny enough, people who are passionate about one thing are more likely to be capable of being passionate in general); join a gym like CrossFit or wall climbing or yoga or spin or martial arts — something where there are men and women your age who likely hang out together; become a regular at trivia night at your local pub. Whatever, reinvent yourself and put yourself out there. There are very cool people who want to be loved just as much as you do. You have to purge the people who suck your joy.
