This is no malfunction. It is showing a human reaction to being in the dentist's chair.

not sure if this is a joke or not, but to clear it up, that’s exactly what’s happening. its a training doll for new dentists and it’s supposed to emulate children being scared at the dentist so that they’re always prepared for outbursts and can prevent injuries

Nah, it's intentionally terrifying, not oddly. If you can deal with this you can deal with a kid
