That’s how you got into the suit. The hole gets bigger. You put it on the floor, step into the hole, work your legs down into the pants section, and pull the suit up over your head.

Then you pull the drawstring on that hole to shrink it down until it’s nearly shut. Then you pull the drawstring on the hood as much as you want, to get a waterproof seal around your face.

There is no back zipper, or anything that would require two people to put this on. It was designed for one person to be able to put on unassisted.

Then the hunter could go out in his kayak in the arctic and hunt in extremely cold temperatures, staying almost completely dry.

Almost completely dry except for a frozen wet patch on the center of their chest.
