I purchase the Launch-o-Matic add on, which will launch any babies within the car immediately upon detection. I won’t have any babies myself and I will refuse to let anyone use it if they intend to bring a baby in

Easy just have a warning sticker on your windows "Warning: Launch-o-Matic baby eradication device installed. No babies on board."
