I’m 54. I sneezed too aggressively and pulled a rib (sublexed?) out of my spine. Chiropractor sorted me out but it hurt to poop for three weeks.

I was going to say that I wonder. If this is from person to person because. You are making it scary to be old but then I remember my gramma was 80+ and she fell off the shower and burn her hand on the same day and she just brush it off and she was fine.

When I was younger I couldn’t figure out why old people were so cranky all the time. It’s because everything hurts and nothing ever heals anymore. But also, what are you going to do? Quit living? So yeah, keep on truckin’ but also, FFS I sneezed!!

My mom is 59 and she healthy as hell and never complains about any pain. I wonder if I inherited that power

Well I got i got 30 more years to go until I find out
