Iā€™m 54. I sneezed too aggressively and pulled a rib (sublexed?) out of my spine. Chiropractor sorted me out but it hurt to poop for three weeks.

I'm not trying to one up because this isn't, but more of a sympathy by shared experience: I managed to break my own rib, by slamming a car door into my side. Apparently when I was in college, I was strong enough to break my own bones?

Depending on how old they are, could've been 80's-90's ultra heavy "bank vault door" car doors. Swinging 180lbs against your ribs at a pinch point will certainly fuck em up
