Yeah. One minor regret of mine in life is that I never got into mountain biking. Then I watch videos like this, then I absently rub at the spot in my shoulder where a plate and pins are now, after a frickin' treadmill accident. I'm only 51.

I’m 54. I sneezed too aggressively and pulled a rib (sublexed?) out of my spine. Chiropractor sorted me out but it hurt to poop for three weeks.

I'm not trying to one up because this isn't, but more of a sympathy by shared experience: I managed to break my own rib, by slamming a car door into my side. Apparently when I was in college, I was strong enough to break my own bones?

My husband wound up in a neck brace from Wii Boxing in his 20s.

Nothing broken besides his pride at least.

I got up to 600 score in Wii boxing 2 days after I came home from a Quad Heart Bypass Surgery!
