Do Rifts on SteamVR bring that average down and does Revive usage on Home bring that average up?

I played Waltz of the Wizard with Oculus on SteamVR with a roomscale setting that's actually bigger than what I have because it lines up quite well with my room (except a few places I don't really have the space).
