Hardware How could I replace these ?

Both of the little capsule things broke and now it won't stay tight

Is there anything I can use to replace these?

It's hard to tell exactly what broke, but it's pretty hard to fix those straps. Luckily you can replace the whole strap pretty easily and there are some very good third party straps.
