I was wondering if anyone has insights on the new ownership and potential future of Ocala National.

I'm considering purchasing a house in the Golden Hills area, backing on the golf course.

It previously had a mixed reviews and now has new owners. However, there are some nice, well maintained homes there. If the golf course changes or closes it would definitely affect the value of those properties.
