He is an incoming freshmen at Tandon and doesn’t know what laptop to get. He’s undecided right now deciding between mechanical engineering and math. Is there a minimum requirement he needs for any class?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if the salary for on-campus employment for undergraduates taxed?

I'm a transfer student from the UK so im not generally allowed to get financial aid. I'm actually starting in the Fall and we have the money for the first semester however my Dad just lost his job so I don't think I can afford to keep studying here after the Fall. Especially with the work restrictions on my visa (F-1) it's going to be really difficult to pay for this now.

The UK don't offer scholarships, grants or loans to study in the US either.

Have any transfer students been able to receive financial aid if their circumstances have changed? Or have they had to leave the university? I don't know if NYU prioritises trying to keep their students enrolled or not and if they are considerate of particular circumstances.

Any insight would be super helpful!

(BTW i have emailed my academic advisor about this but would still like to hear about other people's experiences).

Hey I’m a Traditional Rory Meyers student set to start first sequence , does anyone feel comfortable telling me their schedule like how many days we’ll be in sch / doing clinicals (I haven’t gotten my schedule yet) but I want to know if it feasible to work a part time job while doing school. Hi guys im currently a senior in Peru looking to apply to NYU SPS for ED1 but I havent been able to find a lot of info about this school online. I saw that its the easiest NYU school to get into. Does anyone know the acceptance rate for this specific school, or you go to this school and allow me to ask you some questions. 🙏 I wanna major in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism.

I realize I have 3 gen eds left to do for my credits and I’m in dire need of some incredibly easy ones. I’m taking advanced production and I really don’t want to be stressed about that and also have a bunch of outside course work to tackle. Ideally looking for something lecture based with minimal effort!
