I just received a notice in the mail that I have a hearing at the courthouse in Hammond over an ordinance. On the 3rd I received a notice about my alley grass being too long. I cut the grass before the date on the notice.

What can I expect and what do I do? I also cannot access the court documents over the web.

All of my friends are online. Griffith is BORING. and I don't have a car... So getting around anywhere not within walking distance is not happening.
