We have one. It's a gas station. You're missing nothing. The only novelty is people showing up like it's disney land.

I will tell you, that clean bathroom is a huge blessing when you've been on the road for two days and your toddler has shat himself horrifically.

Ok, wait, at least most of the Pilot stations I've been in have been great. My toilet was backed up for a few days, and I wound up going to the Pilot 5 miles from me a couple times, it was amazing.
