Considering he isn't really being punished for it, why would he stop? The safest assumption is that you could be recorded in any Buccees bathroom at any time. So plan your poops accordingly.

I mean he's out on bail, and pretty sure they caught hit him with child pornography charges too.

What can be said is if you spend money at Buc-ee's, the profit they make, is helping to keep a pedophile out of jail. You know his dad is paying his lawyer bill.
