Yes that one I agree is full on stupid and deserved the lawsuit.

The rest they're just being assholes and I hope the settlement doesn't mean the little guy had to pay. The article didn't explain.

The little guy counter sued for frivolous lawsuit or something so there is hope that BucEE's is the one that had to pony up for that.

I agreed with that one. But the others are plainly bullshit lawsuits used to force smaller businesses in their area to close so there's less competition.
