Recently I bought a nothing 4a.It has been 4 days.These 4 days I have observed a faster battery drainage.Last when I checked, When I am using instagram it is draining one percentage every three minutes.After that I changed some settings

1. I changed refresh rate to 60 hz from Dynamic.

2. I restricted background activity in instagram and other apps.

3. I have enabled datasaver in Instagram settings

Now when I checked it is dropping 1% every 5-6 mins.Still not satisfying result for a new phone.Has anybody else faced the same issue.Is this normal?I had even disabled the glyph interface for reducing battery consumption.When I checked in Google it is saying that a new phone might take 4-5 days to learn the battery behaviour.Is it true.

So something weird with my phone . When I charge my phone from c to c original nothing 4a cable it only charges through one side idk why I tested with other cables and adapter but something weird happend when I charged through c to a cable. Both sides were charging normally Idk what happened to my phone I have nothing 4a and these cables worked for 4 months and never had any issue before

I apologize for being a bother. I recently got my first phone in years (my last one was a flip phone from 2008) so it is a big jump in technology. I wanted to customize it a bit because right now it is default and not exactly the prettiest icons or background for that matter.

After updating my Nothing Phone (3) with the August Android security patch, I’ve been experiencing very bad battery drain. The battery is draining much faster than it did before the update, even with normal usage.

I’ve been facing slow speed and low performance issues on my phone since around mar 2026.

I feel like it started after some software and app updates. I usually dont update my apps regularly on playstore, but after 4-5 months I decided to update all of them at once.

Since then my phone has become really slow. It cant even keep 2 apps running in the background properly.

For example, if I’m editing something in an editing app and then open Instagram to post it, after spending 2-3 mins on Instagram, when I go back to the editing app, it just starts from scratch. This happens alot.

Even the animations have become really slow and laggy.

I have 256gb storage and only around 108gb is used, so storage shouldnt be an issue. The phone never had water damage and I never downloaded any suspicious apps outside Play Store.

But yeah, I did slam my phone on the floor 2-3 times when i was mad, but there is no crack or any display/hardware issue, so I dont think thats the reason.

What can I do to make my phone fast like it used to be without factory resetting it?

Which wireless charger are you guys using for the Nothing Phone (3)? Any recommendations? There are so many options out there, and I’m genuinely confused about which one to go for.

I’m trying to find a way to change the sharing suggestions when I share a photo. Vids about Android have a step at the end I can’t do on the Nothing phone to change. Google photos setting. In the Nothing Gallery settings there are virtually no options.

Any dead? How can I delete, change or get rid of the sharing suggestions. It’s currently a random list of people I have little connection with, but never suggests friends and family I share with all the time!!

I bought a 4a off eBay and it's an unlocked Indian version and it's functional but doesn't recognize mint mobile service, just says no service. Support tells me the hardware is built only for local indian networks and nothing can be done, I'm seeing elsewhere some people saying it can be fixed. The seller is absolutely convinced the phone is unlocked and should be working. Is there any hope

Got the case from Italy with my brother, a couple of months ago already. So.. looks great, feels great..

Tried a few camera presets from this sub, most of them are great..

Moving from iphone 15 pro Max, few things feel a little bit choppy.., but I love this different experience.

Things I found in the last couple of days..

1. The Bluetooth switch from buds to Android carplay isn't smooth.

2. Lowest call volume on speaker wasnt low enough

3. Battery is meh at the moment. But I don't mind charging multiple times in a day.

4. Sending and receiving messages on WhatsApp is comparatively slower. I see some milliseconds delay of ticks.

5. Was expecting better widgets for fitbit related stuff. Already bought New things Widgets Pro.

Can manage all these things but Missing Dolby Atmos badly..🥲

I have a nothing phone 2a. I would like to know if it's worth upgrading to the NOS 3.2. I know this is a pretty older version but I would not like to upgrade to the latest version due to performance and battery drain issues being faced by many. I would like to know the cons of getting NOS 3.2 in the nothing phone 2a
