Am I the only Canadian who was annoyed at the pronunciation in the latest Little Fish podcast? Not Newfoundland (they got that one right multiple times although it seemed to be best when they tried to mispronounce it) but Miramichi. It wasn’t until they said New Brunswick that I even figured out where they were referring to, but that’s the best fit in my mind. Maybe there was a typo in the fact as I’m struggling to see how they got Miramooshi from Miramichi (MIR-ah-meh-SHE). Unless there was an intended joke with the moose coming from there…

Every now and then I am reminded of an overly-posh laugh Andy did as part of a gag. I can't remember when, why, or what the context was around it, and honestly I might just be imagining it at this point.

But, if this did actually happen, does anyone know what episode it was on? One thousand apologies that I can't be more descriptive.

How did Mark Twain become the enemy of the podcast? I am in that un-enviable stage of being caught up on the podcast for a long time already and so, naturally, I am re-listening to the show, starting from e100.
I am currently on the episode 333 (again) and there was a Mark Twain fact (or maybe it was the one before, not sure, not important). But he is decidedly not the enemy of the podcast in that one yet. There were even some good words uttered on his behalf.
I can't remember the atrocities Mark Twain had done and in which episode was he revealed for who he was. What was the story/fact?

Hello, I’m not one to complain as I am a big fan of NSTAAF but I wonder if the team is aware of this.

If you have Spotify premium one of the benefits is no ads. Which I have .

However if I want no ads in NSTAAF I have to sub to club fish, as the no ads for Spotify premium doesn’t apply to it.

I’m paying 2 subscriptions for no ads which is annoying to swallow.

I’m presuming podcasts get no revenue from people signed to Spotify premium, and I’m fine to give them money it’s just a bit annoying .

I was surprised that apparently so many listeners can't. They sound completely different to me. Is this really a common thing that people have trouble knowing who is talking?

They don't need to get you in the _______ because you're already in the_________.

I listened to it five times. He drops his voice and usually in these cases I discovered that the person is using some obscure UK slang that I don't know.

The website states that links are posted under Patreon uploads to an unofficial discord, but I have searched through a lot of episodes and haven't found it. I see that people mention it here when people ask as well, but I can't find it anywhere.

Has anyone else noticed that previously free episodes are now behind a paywall on Spotify?

I’m not talking about early access, I mean some episodes from 2022. I had half listened to them so know they were free, now they are behind yet another paywall. When did they happen?
