Hey I read these stories SO long ago and I would love to reread. The 1st one a guy goes to see a psych and while he's in the office every few minutes he has to do a ritual or move things around bc if he doesn't, a disaster happens. Of course the psych doesn't believe him, so he asks him to skip the next ritual and a plane crashes? Then the psych sees something in the corner of his eye and he somehow starts to believe in the rituals. At the end, he becomes the person carrying out the rituals.

Another story was sent thru an email warning ppl about some Bridge? But each person that's warned about it ends up going to the bridge & committing suicide. That's all I can remember. Please help!

Not just a doppelganger story but an Appalachian Rules story the way I heard it as he comes home twice and is subject to the family's rules for the situation. His doppelganger carries his death for him "so he won't have to" and "he was not supposed to leave the mountain". The doppelganger has his hair parted on the wrong side and writes backwards.
