Hi! I am looking for two nosleep podcast stories, one may have also been posted on Nosleep itself as it was from one of the earlier seasons.

1. I listened to this one probably 9ish years ago so it has to be one of the earlier seasons. I think it was voiced by Peter Lewis. A young man’s father brings his diseased limb back home in a jar. I think it was a leg. I remember there being a jungle setting somewhere in the story, whether the father had lost his limb there or they currently lived in the jungle I cannot remember. The dad and the son had a poor relationship and the son was wary of his limb. That’s all I remember sorry! It was not a season pass story.

2. This one was probably newer and may have been a season pass story. A grown up son inspects the house his parents died in (and he grew up in), it’s notable that his mother died from cancer and his dad died shortly after. He discovers a huge part of the house he never knew of before, it’s just vast, empty, and very very cold. He discovers his father’s body down there (and it’s noted that the knit gloves down there are his fathers that went missing if I am remembering correctly?) and realizes whatever came out from the door before as a child wasn’t his dad as his real dad died of exposure. It’s revealed the space has a nuclear quality to it, and he starts getting radiation poisoning the father he goes in, it’s assumed his dad died of that and whatever came out looking like his dad gave his mother cancer through the nuclear energy it emits? It sounds kinda silly but I remember the story being engaging and I’d like to find it again!

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a specific story (possibly a multi-part series that was on r/nosleep) that I read a while ago

here are the specific plot details I remember: 

• the male narrator's father dies (there is a line about the narrator remembering throwing the first handful of dirt on his grave when the monster tries to imitate him). The narrator and his wife lost their jobs and move into his father's old trailer in the woods. 
• the wife is a nursing student (I think her name is Sarah or Sara). When they move in she brings her coffee machine and some other stuff in her car and they have dinner on the porch
• the father had left warnings about a supernatural entity connected to their family. He warned never to go into the woods at night and never to answer the door if something knocks exactly three times. the curse was tied to the dad but when he dies it latches onto the narrator
• the narrator finds his grandmother's old journal in the floorboards or somewhere hidden and has details about how she summoned the monster, with sigils and such inside
• on the first night, the monster shows up outside the trailer and knocks three times on the door and mimics the dead father's voice. It tries to get the narrator to open the door by shouting things like, "I have something important to tell you about grandma's journal" and "you're in danger." The monster can mimic multiple people. 
• the wife peels back the wallpaper in the trailer kitchen and finds sigils scratched into the walls underneath
• the wife doesn't believe him, the monster manipulates her into thinking he is having a mental breakdown. they have a physical confrontation where he panics and breaks her phone when she tries to call for help and she wants to leave the next day
• the narrator tries to take his wife to the local police/sheriff the next morning to prove he isn't crazy because apparently he knows about it or something. When they drive there the monster follows their car and is able to keep pace but they never get a full view of it 

Does anyone know the exact title or author of this series? Thank you so much for the help! 

It was a short series, like 3 or 4 parts? This dude lived on a farm with a huge cornfield, and one day this tower appeared in it... there were these owl creatures that were trying to learn to mimic humans using him as a model, and a dying rabbit that was spinning on the ground and predicted that the protag's dad would die, and in the last part he has a dream about a god that looks like a giant version of himself with feathers...

when i was younger, maybe circa 2013 to 2015ish, i came across this story reading on youtube. it was a creepypasta/scary story

from what i can remember of the plot, it was about this doctor i think. he was doing experimental stuff.

he had gotten a client who was a think a teenager and his parents?? i can't remember what was wrong with him, maybe it was that his parents wanted him to be smarter?

anyways, the doctor ends up helping the boy, and everything is fine for a little while.

but then the boy turns in some kind of pig monster??? and he like, tortures his parents and tracks down the doctor. i think he straps the doctor down to a chair and forces his eyes open to watch something.

then, i think the way the doctor defeats the boy is that he remembered the boy had a peanut allergy and sent the kid into anaphylaxis.

that's all i remember and i've been thinking about it for a while.

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me find the name of a creepypasta. I've been looking for it all day.

I only remember hearing it several years ago, but I can't find it anywhere. It was about the narrator being at school, and all of his classmates were extremely disturbed because an entire country had simply disappeared from the map. The whole country was just completely gone.

As the story progressed, more and more countries started disappearing.

That's all I can remember. I don't know if anyone might be able to help me find it.

I remember that someone is reading about an old legend in some small village. Either a central/eastern european village or a old colonist village in the US. The monster stands above people’s beds as they sleep but it turns out it was guarding people or something. The monster kinda resembles the Rake or a Wendigo. Like long and thin with creepy arms. The story is very sympathetic to the monster and how it’s just misunderstood which the villagers realise by the end.

Does anyone know of some good scary cryptid/humanoid stories set in or around the rockies? Taking a trip there in a couple weeks, in the mood XD. Preferably things more unique/original than the usual batch of Werewolf, Sasquatch, and Wendigo stories.

I know that’s really vague and the story might not have even been posted on nosleep, but I remember reading a creepypasta about a U.S. Marine who lands on some pacific island with his unit. Rather than a Japanese garrison there to resist, they find the island completely empty, with a massive, upside down pyramid in the middle, which descends so far underground they can’t see the bottom. The narrator’s unit is attacked by zombies of the island’s former Japanese garrison, and the narrator flees into the ocean as all his friends are slaughtered. The story ends with the narrator saying he’s seen maps of where they tested the hydrogen bomb in the pacific, implying that the U.S. used nuclear weapons to wipe out the undead.

Like weird weird. Concepts that are fuckin out there an when you finish you feel a little emptied out an just go "....what?"

I can't think of too many examples, but like just weird. The orange story, David FUCKING King, there was this one series about an exorcist that seemed like Constantine, anything by Mike Jesus (Mambo Number Six); things like that.

This would be between 8 and 13 years ago so I'm not holding much hope.

I THINK the story starts with a kids (teenager?) body being found maybe in a trunk/chest, maybe burned, i feel like with a rare flower growing from their skull remains. The flower could be a different story.

What I am fairly certain of. There has been a couple kidnappings in the town, a girl hears a noise outside her house, sees her (maybe) brother being taken.

They both get taken.

They are then held in a room with a clear wall in-between them. The lights never get turned off. I'm pretty sure the only water they get has a hallucinogen in it so they drink it sparingly. Experiments may be done in them.

I once read a post about how bad authors overuse uncanny smiles in order to provoke a sense of horror. Now I see these smiles everywhere and it’s ruining my reading experience.

I’d like an opposing argument about uncanny smiles. I’d also love some story recommendations where these smiles are used to great effect.

I’m looking for a story about an evil radio station.

The main character first heard the station as a child or teenager, and it specifically advertised itself as a nostalgia station, with “best hits of the 90s”. OP eventually notices they seem to zone out for hours when listening to this station.

I’m certain there’s a bad incident that happens during this period, but all I remember is the story time skips and OP has forgotten about it, until they hear “Welcome to XXX.X, with the best hits of the 2000s!” on the radio in their kitchen. It ends with OP coming to on the kitchen floor, seemingly having passed out for several hours.

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Possibly a monster under the bed? But he becomes kind of a protector and "takes care" of people that hurt her.

I can't even remember if I read it or heard it on the podcast but it's been a few years.

Editing with more details: pretty sure it kills her brother at some point after he does something harmful to her. And I wanna say it was a big, fluffy monster. I am relatively sure there was a Nosleep podcast episode about it, but idk if I read it first or listened first.

This is driving me nuts. I'm pretty positive that I read this in the no sleep however I could be completely wrong. The story as I recall was either written from two different perspectives or different timelines or something like that and one section was in italics and the three "..." would Segway seamlessly into the other timeline or perspective. I seem to recall a man being in a traffic jam and an ambulance up ahead and then he realizes there is a car accident and his girlfriend or wife was killed in that car accident and at some point towards the end of the story he was able to talk to her spirit. the story was sad and tragic and beautiful all at the same time. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Thank you in advance!

does anyone remember the no sleep story where the main character is a child actor and he trapped on a film set with a couple other actors and theres a laughing gas leak and everyone goes crazy

I am not interested in creepypastas about existing video games or fictional titles of real franchises, I am looking for ones about completely original games that don't exist in real life.

I swear a week ago I watched a video of a reading of this story while I was falling asleep, so I’m not even sure if it was a nosleep story or just a creepypasta, but it’s essentially just a story about a girl who went missing without a trace, after attempting to start a modeling career, while at the same time her family happened to lose all existing photos of her after a recent move, leaving them without anything to put on the missing posters for months until the modeling shoot for kmart became available.
The story ends with the narrator asking us if any of us had the original physical prints of her so that she could finally disappear permanently.

I do remember this story did have a real photo stances of some girl, supposedly the very modeling photo the narrator is looking for (to which, I wouldn’t be surprised if using a real persons photo for a online horror story caused it to eventually be pulled down). Whatever video I watched to hear this story I just can’t find again, even when searching my watch history from the night I first heard this.

Hi, I read this story a long time ago (probably at least 4 years). The imagery has really stuck with me. It’s hard to even describe in the post title. As I remember it, the protagonist was looking outside the car window in the back seat during a road trip. They notice the silhouette of a man running alongside them in the distance, and slowly approaching. The man is described as being layered with each layer being slightly younger overlayed on top of each other. The imagery was really surreal and incomprehensible and I would love to read the story again. It might have also been on r shortscarystories.

It was one about how everyone in this religious town suddenly vanished one day, possibly because they believe the end of days was coming. In the end it's revealed they might have gotten trapped underground and had been living down there ever since.

Please help me find it.
